Job Description
What You'll Do:
Support day‑to‑day plant operations and capital projects Perform preventative, predictive, and seasonal maintenance activities Maintain plant shop, tools, equipment, and facilities Ensure proper setup, calibration, operation, and upkeep of machines Support Process Safety Management and site safety initiatives Complete fabrication and improvement projects Perform grounds and facility maintenance as needed Maintain accurate equipment records, prints, and PM plans Troubleshoot basic electrical systems (24VDC-480VAC)What You Bring:
High school diploma/GED Comfortable working at heights above 25 feet with required fall‑protection equipment Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Willing to work in warehouse/plant environments and perform hands‑on work Able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Willing and able to work overtime and shift schedules, including weekends Valid driver's licenseWhat Makes You Stand Out:
Knowledge of production agriculture equipment and machinery Basic understanding of building electrical systems and process control Welding and/or millwright skills (seed industry a plus) Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems 2+ years of industrial electromechanical education and/or hands‑on experience Experience using a CMMS (e.g., SAP) for work orders and parts inventory Benefits -How We'll Support You:
