We're currently seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support a 190+ unit senior apartment community in Lake Worth, FL (Palm Beach County). This is a great opportunity for an EPA Universal certified tech who enjoys steady, service-focused work in a freshly renovated, turnkey building with no inherited work order backlog. You'll work alongside a strong lead tech in a hotel-style community where PTAC units are used throughout, making this an excellent fit for candidates coming from multifamily, hotel, or senior living maintenance. If you'd like to be considered, please submit a resume for review. Responsibilities Complete day-to-day service requests across a 190+ unit, mid-rise senior community Diagnose and repair
PTAC HVAC
issues, appliances, and basic electrical/plumbing items Perform drywall patching, paint touch-ups, and general unit turns as needed Support curb appeal and cleanliness standards in common areas and back-of-house spaces Participate in an every-other-week on-call rotation Qualifications EPA Section 608 Universal certification (required) 1+ year of apartment, hotel, or senior living maintenance experience in a hands-on service role Comfortable troubleshooting PTAC systems (hotel PTAC experience is highly relevant) Strong customer service and communication skills, with patience for senior residents Spanish-speaking is a plus, not required Perks Total compensation range of approximately $45,000 to $52,000 annually (includes base pay plus bonus potential), with top base pay equivalent to $23/hour Tools provided onsite Full-time schedule with an every-other-week on-call rotation Full benefits package including all major insurance, 401k, and PTO Work for a nationwide company that can offer growth and stability
