Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. You must be motivated to perform general maintenance work, including cleaning, lawn care, snow removal, painting, and repairs at 50-unit apartment complex in Kingston, and 45-unit complex in Newton, New Hampshire. Travel between the two properties is required. Your expertise will help create a comfortable living environment for our residents while supporting the overall upkeep of our facilities. Duties Perform general maintenance and repairs of buildings and equipment. Inspect and general understanding of mechanical systems, such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. General understanding of plumbing systems. Perform general carpentry work. Maintain grounds, including lawn care, snow removal, and landscaping. Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment. Log work hours and submit POs through online portal. Tenant relations experience. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during maintenance activities to protect residents and staff. Assist with notifications and recertification distribution to tenants. Time will be split between
