Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)

InnSeason Resorts The Falls at Ogunquit is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Tech to join our team and perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, mechanical spaces, pool equipment, and any other basic areas on the property. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance duties as required at the resort. Ensure that room maintenance requests are handled in a prompt & courteous manner. Make basic repairs to units including, but not limited to, air conditioners, tiles, bathrooms, all fixtures, furniture, wall coverings, sheetrock, painting, and basic plumbing. Replace TV's, DVD's and program TV's as required. Perform preventive maintenance in units and on equipment. Assist grounds personnel as directed. Use of lawn care equipment and snow removal equipment.

Skills Required:

Knowledgeable use of hand & power tools, electrical test equipment, refrigeration equipment, plumbing tools & equipment, audio-visual equipment occasionally. 1 year of basic, property maintenance experience preferred but not required Reliable transportation Ability to regularly lift over 25 lbs Ability to see projects through to completion Ability to properly assess problems and provide solutions Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed to support the needs of the business Reasonable comfort level with computers and smart devices CPO certification preferred, but not a requirement

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
