Job Description

Marketing Coordinator - Vogel Hospitality Full-Time | Ogunquit, Maine Vogel Hospitality is seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing execution across our growing portfolio, including The Trident Inn, Coastal Alchemist, and The Front Porch Piano Bar & Restaurant, and The Front Porch General Store. This role is centered on execution and consistency —bringing campaigns, content, and guest-facing materials to life across all properties. Under the leadership of the Brand Strategist who will be setting strategic direction, brand voice, and campaign planning, the Marketing Coordinator will be the primary driver of implementation. This role requires a flexible schedule, including some weekends. You will work closely with ownership and the Brand Strategist, with clear direction, priorities, and ongoing support. What You'll Do Social Media & Content Execution Post 4-5x per week across Instagram and Facebook Maintain consistent Stories (events, specials, real-time updates) Prioritize short-form video (Reels) and high-performing content Capture and coordinate content (on-site and with partners/influencers) Assist with photo/video shoots and content organization Content & Brand Support Execute on-brand messaging across platforms Photograph and film content for menus, training, and promotions Edit and upload content for internal and external use Email Marketing & Promotions Build and schedule email campaigns (offers, events, partnerships) Website & Listings Management Update menus, hours, pop-ups, and offers across websites Maintain accurate listings across Google and OTAs Print & On-Property Materials Maintain and update promotional and print materials Coordinate printing and collateral updates Reputation Management Respond to Google and OTA reviews in a timely, on-brand tone Escalate negative feedback as needed Upload fresh photos and maintain visual presence across platforms Events & Partnerships Support on-site events (content capture, real-time posting, recaps) Assist with influencer stays and partnership coordination Reporting & Organization Provide monthly performance summaries (social, email, ads) Maintain marketing calendars and track ongoing initiatives Communicate proactively about needs, gaps, and opportunities Who You Are Proactive and self-directed Detail-oriented and reliable Creative with strong instincts Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Clear, responsive communicator Able to handle input from several sources and quickly set priorities. This is a role for someone who takes pride in execution, consistency, and bringing ideas to life. While not responsible for setting brand strategy, the marketing coordinator performs a key role in creating a living brand. Technical Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field Experience with (or the ability to quickly learn) a variety of marketing platforms Platforms & Tools Website management (menus, hours, pop-ups, content updates) Email platforms (Popmenu, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar) Project management tools such as Monday.com Meta Business Suite (content scheduling, insights, basic ad support) Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads Core Competencies Strong organizational skills across multiple properties and platforms Ability to manage and maintain marketing assets across systems Understanding of SEO best practices related to website visibility Comfort executing within website and email platforms Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva or similar tools) Support Structure Strategic direction and brand oversight led by the Brand Strategist Ongoing support from ownership Clear priorities with room to grow within the role Why This Role You'll be part of a fast-growing hospitality group with distinct, high-energy brands and a strong creative vision. Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
