Mental Health Worker - Hospital Diversion Program North, $5,000.00 Sign on Bonus

Hospital Diversion Program of NFI Vermont is a short-term inpatient facility for adolescents experiencing acute psychiatric crisis. Our skilled trauma-informed team of mental health workers provide our clients with crisis stabilization, clinical consultation, and individual treatment planning in a small and safe setting. We are looking for dynamic mental health workers to join our team.

Responsibilities :

Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to support youth in crisis Provide supervision and support to adolescents during both awake and sleeping hours Facilitate a comfortable community alternative for inpatient youth

Requirements:
