MRC's Crossings Community is Bay Area's only 5-Star non-profit retirement community! The Crossings is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician to perform duties involving operations, security and maintenance of the building, equipment, and grounds.

Schedule:

Sunday-Thursday. Must be able to work between the hours of 7am-7pm. (Will work 8 hours per day as shifts are staggered) We offer: BCBS

Eligible participants receive match of 100% on first 3% and 50% on next 2%. First and foremost, the ability to project a friendly, courteous and helpful manner to residents, families, visitors and co-workers. Two years experience in most phases of building maintenance and experience in all trade areas such as: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating/air conditioning. Must have an in-depth and knowledge of at least one of these trades. Prefer HVAC certification. Must be willing to take calls, work overtime/weekends/different shifts and report to work timely as to limit service disruption to residents.
