Start up of line after changeover. Getting product in specification before turning the line over to production. Possess basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including lubrication, filter inspection and replacement, oil changes, motor and pump replacements, plumbing, painting, cleaning, and any other mechanical and electrical task as assigned. Possess adequate computer skills to use SAP to generate work orders, track labor, and consume materials. Maintain high safety standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Make all die changes Setup all downstream equipment for size pipe to be run Cut rubber for tanks and bellers Build heads Pre-heat tooling Insure all downstream equipment is in proper working order Maintain inventory of tooling and supplies Electrically wire all heads Be available for occasional unscheduled overtime Ability to complete routine assignments without direct supervision. Perform additional duties as assigned. Maintain housekeeping standards

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2 years experience in extrusion or three or more years in industrial maintenance.

The pay range is based on relevant market data in our lowest and highest geographic markets.
