Job Description

Alpine Silica, a PF Holdings company based in Willow Park, TX, operates advanced facilities in key U.S. oil and gas regions like Haynesville, Eagle Ford, and Permian Basins. It produces frac sand and provides in-basin solutions to enhance efficiency for top oil and gas producers. The Maintenance & Warehouse Planner plans and schedules preventative maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and/or corrective maintenance repairs and process modifications to support production requirements in a safe manner. Additionally, responsible for all coordination and planning of warehouses, shipping/receiving, parts kitting, and tool crib areas.
Essential Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements regarding Safety & Health and Environmental matters. Prepare and develop weekly work schedules for routine and corrective/breakdown maintenance activities for all non-emergency maintenance work. Coordinate maintenance activities between all departments, with outside contractors, and among various work groups to ensure that jobs progress in a safe and efficient manner. Plan and schedule major maintenance and project work at all site operations to promote timely and cost-effective completion of work. Analyze work stoppages to identify and correct the underlying cause of recurring problems. Generate maintenance performance metrics as assigned. Organize and maintain equipment history files, equipment information and vendor literature to assist with planning activities in plant files both electronically and on paper. Maintain complete and accurate records within the CMMS. Coordinate with Maintenance Manager and Supervisors to develop PM/PdM program and coordinates maintenance and repair of plant equipment which impacts both production and quality. Schedules for calibration of plant equipment in cooperation with production personnel. Develop job plan packages for maintenance work and small modification projects while assuring work orders are assigned proper work order type and other codes Ensure procedures and material used comply with government regulation/ specification, applicable codes/standards and have consistent approach towards EHS procedures, MSHA/OSHA regulations, and environmental standards. Populate and update the job plans and PM/PdM schedule based on the approved maintenance strategy. Commitment to all aspects of

standards Makes recommendations for parts and supplies needed on hand, and develops comprehensive spare parts lists (Bills of Material) for all equipment Using the continuous improvement philosophy look for opportunities to improve quality, costs, productivity, and other efficiencies while eliminating waste. Monitor operating costs. Strive to provide the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost. Initiate programs to adhere to standards and/or establish improved standards. All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed Coordinate all efforts with the purchasing and planning functions to ensure no lost time of sand plant. Follow the Company policies to perform Shipping and Receiving coordinating with suppliers when necessary Establish and maintain a monthly inventory report including inventory turns, service stock, and safety stock levels, and process cycle counts according to value and inventory turn frequency. Ensure parts are stored in their specified locations, with correct inventory quantities and according to company policy and record/properly stated in the ERP/MRP Ensure parts are easily identifiable with internal item numbers, and controlled to reduce loss by performing cycle counts on an appropriate frequency Properly record all material Picked, kitted, delivered, and/or stage to a work order to the ERP/MRP and/or the work order Perform inspections on received goods to ensure all purchased items meet quality, size, and material specifications, as well as quantities, against ERP Purchase Order Create a checkout system for parts and tools for after-hours maintenance support, including necessary information to be applied to ERP system. Create an inventory layout and system, accurately reflecting bin/shelf location from ERP system Organize and maintain the MRO (plant maintenance, repair, and operations) store Coordinate and maintain the Tool Crib Maintain and issue a tool usage report Manage the consumable inventory, ensuring it is clearly marked and separated from balance sheet inventory. Ensure that all the health and safety requirements are met and must take responsibility for the security of the building and stock Maintain and organize the bone yard Continually improve inventory management processes to meet all customers' needs in terms of timing, on-hand quantities, and reliable operations May drive a pick-up truck or maintenance vehicle in the plant and/or to pick up parts from local vendors
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. 5+ years of mechanical or electrical industrial maintenance experience required. 2+ years' experience in maintenance planning preferred. 1+ years' experience coordinating warehouse, tool crib, or similar Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) preferred. Valid driver license required. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Able to read, speak and write English. Regularly required to lift, carry, push, and pull 75 lbs. or more. Frequently required to walk on unleveled ground. Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials and manipulating things. Able to wear common protective or safety equipment such as safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection and hard hats when needed. Regularly required to sit, stand, reach and move about the facility. Ability to perform sustained overhead reaching Lift objects of various dimensions and weights Lift up to 50 pounds, carry up to 150 feet Able to read, speak and write English. Strong physical and mental health to maintain demanding workload. Able to work under stressful conditions at times. Climbing - able to go up and down stairs. Frequent travel may be required.
