Manager Residential Rentals

Position Summary Residential property management company, managing 900+ residential properties is hiring for its top position. The properties are located throughout Northwest Florida and managed by a team of 9. The position requires a Florida real estate license and excellent people and great problem solving skills. Our property managers interface with owners to maintain existing relationships and to solidify new owners brought in by our Business Development Manager. This is not a remote job and some travel between our offices and our properties is expected. Your department is located in Shalimar.

Education:

College preferred, but not required.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of related rental management experience preferred. Work Remotely No.

$45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
