What Youll DoYoull be part of the team that assembles, tests, and repairs the components that power our world-class products. Every unit you build contributes directly to our quality promise. In this role, you will: Read and follow work instructions and prints Align, fit, and assemble components using hand and power tools, fixtures, and hoists Clean and prepare parts using manual and automated equipment Test completed assemblies to ensure exceptional performance Serialize components and maintain accurate workflow Keep your work area clean, organized, and safeWhat You Bring Ability to read and understand prints or the willingness to learn At least one year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred) Strong attention to detail, dependable work ethic, and a commitment to qualityThe Physical SideThis is a hands-on, active role. Youll stand, bend, twist, use hand tools, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Precision work requires good visual acuity and comfort using measurement tools.
