Skilled Landscape Team Member

Job Overview We are seeking experienced , motivated and skilled individuals that have a background in landscaping, hardscaping and horticulture to work with our landscaping teams creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge and experience of landscape maintenance and a passion for horticulture. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work on various projects and work to ensure high-quality results in landscape design, installation, and upkeep. The candidate must be proficient in all kinds of landscape projects, including but not limited to lawn care, landscaping, hardscaping, outdoor lighting and irrigation systems. Duties Daily landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, gardening, tree care, hardscaping and irrigation system management Operate equipment including, but not limited to, driving a truck and trailer, skid steer loader, backpack blower, hedge trimmer, chain saw, etc. Work within a team on property maintenance projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adhering to quality standards Perform construction tasks such as planting beds, installing hardscapes, and maintaining irrigation systems and other miscellaneous duties and projects. Equipment maintenance and ensure proper use of tools and machinery. Responsible for ensuring end of day clean up, maintenance, and inspection of all assigned vehicles and equipment is complete. Requirements Valid Drivers License Experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, hardscaping, construction, tree care, irrigation, gardening, horticulture, and general landscape maintenance Knowledge of horticultural practices and plant health management Ability to work as a team effectively. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and suppliers Ability to read blueprints or landscape plans is a plus PA Pesticide certification is a plus.
