Manufacturing Engineer II Join our team and help drive manufacturing excellence We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer II who thrives on solving complex problems, improving processes, and delivering measurable results. In this role, you'll lead impactful projects, collaborate across teams, and play a key part in enhancing safety, quality, and productivity across our operations. What You'll Do Lead the design, development, and validation of manufacturing processes (DOE, FMEA, SPC) Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and boost efficiency Support production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations Plan and implement new equipment, automation, and process improvements Analyze data to identify opportunities and deliver quality improvements Improve workplace safety through ergonomic solutions Deliver projects on time and within budget, with clear ROI impact Communicate progress and results with cross-functional stakeholders What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (7+ years) 3+ years of experience (5+ years in manufacturing preferred) Strong knowledge of process manufacturing and project management Hands-on experience with CAD (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) and MS Office/Project Industrial automation experience is a plus Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively What Sets You Apart ?
