Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes, enhancing product quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply advanced engineering principles and cutting-edge technology to improve operational efficiency and product excellence.
Requirements:
Develop and implement manufacturing processes for precision sheet metal fabrication. Utilize CAD software SolidWorks, and other CAD/CAM software to design fixtures, and process layouts and programs. Program and troubleshoot CNC machines, CAM programming, and vision inspection systems to maintain optimal manufacturing progress. Conduct root cause analysis on manufacturing defects or process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions aligned with Lean manufacturing principles. Create detailed technical drawings and process documentation adhering to
ISO 9001
standards. Lead projects involving process engineering, manufacturing engineering, fabrication, tooling development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering and planning, and laser & turret programs, shop & welding, drawings, fixtures of welder assembly's optimization. Ensure compliance with safety standards and industrial equipment regulations while maintaining high-quality manufacturing outputs. Support factory experience enhancements through tooling upgrades and process automation.
