Manufacturing Engineer - CNC Programmer

This job is to assist the Engineering Design Team and Manufacturing Team in programming jobs for prototypes and production. A candidate should have multiple years of experience in programming and operating both CNC Mills and CNC Lathes. They must also be proficient in MasterCam and SolidWorks. CNC Programmers at this facility must be willing to generate manufacturing prints from 3D CAD Models. CNC Programmers assist in CNC Setups and First Article Inspections.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years CNC Mill and CNC Lathe programming experience. Expert in Mastercam and profiecient in SolidWorks Make blueprints and setup sheets for manufacturing Design and validate fixtures Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure parts are manufactured within exact tolerances. Collaborate with CNC machinists and operators to resolve machining issues, adjust parameters, and implement process improvements Work 40 to 50 hours per week Able to lift heavy fixtures when required
