HR Job Summary:

Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. The role involves process improvement, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and improve manufacturing processes and procedures Support production by troubleshooting process and equipment issues Conduct testing and process evaluations to ensure quality control Recommend tools, fixtures, and equipment improvements Collaborate with quality and production teams Drive continuous improvement initiative

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field Experience with conventional machining processes Knowledge of special processes: brazing, heat treating, chemical processing, surface finishing Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Understanding of aerospace manufacturing standards

Preferred:
