R&R Tool, Inc. is continuing to grow and we are seeking a skilled Manufacturing / Industrial Engineer to join our team. We are a medical component manufacturer, making parts that will ultimately be used to save lives. Looking for a job that makes you feel good about the work you do each day? M-Th Summary:
Manufacturing Engineers develop and improve manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods. Manufacturing Engineers create and maintain documentation for manufacturing and product specifications. Job Responsibilities but not limited to: Provide engineering support for day-to-day operations for production areas. Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements. Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends. Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout. Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes. Must be able to read and follow complex instructions. Recommend and suggest improvements to facilitate production. Perform any other task as deemed necessary by management to propel the business functions of the company.Education and Experience:
Individuals must have a 2 or 4 year degree in Engineering and proven work experience in process engineering. Additionally, the position requires excellent technical skills, knowledge of process related standards and a work history that includes product/process design projects managed to successful implementation. The Manufacturing Engineer will have worked in manufacturing/engineering for 5 or more years Operated CNC Machinery and performed inspection(s). Preferred experience with programming Fanuc controller with inspection.
