This role is vital in ensuring the seamless operation of production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring energetic leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to maintenance management. You will oversee a team of technicians, coordinate maintenance activities, and implement strategies that maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency. Your expertise in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, mechanical troubleshooting, and facilities management will drive continuous improvement and safety standards across the plant. Duties Lead and supervise the manufacturing maintenance team to ensure timely repairs and preventative maintenance of all production machinery and plant facilities. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive maintenance programs utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools to track work orders, assets, and maintenance history. Oversee electrical systems maintenance, including low voltage and high voltage equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical specifications. Manage facilities operations such as HVAC systems, plumbing, lighting, and structural repairs to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical/mechanical diagrams to troubleshoot issues effectively. Coordinate with production managers to schedule maintenance activities that minimize downtime while maximizing productivity. Ensure adherence to safety protocols related to industrial maintenance, electrical work (including high voltage), and general facilities management. Lead projects for equipment upgrades or installations by planning resources, managing timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and diagnostics to identify faults accurately. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety compliance using CMMS software. Requirements Proven management experience leading maintenance teams within a manufacturing setting. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical expertise in low voltage and high voltage systems. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and industrial automation systems. Familiarity with CMMS platforms for work order management and asset tracking. Knowledge of HVAC systems, facilities management practices, and safety regulations related to industrial environments. Supervising experience in overseeing complex projects from planning through execution. Excellent communication skills in English for effective team leadership and collaboration across departments. Demonstrated ability to read technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings accurately. Experience using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting.
