Wieland is hiring a Manufacturing Operator. The Manufacturing Operator will operate the shred/sort equipment to ensure manufacturing lines run without interruptions. This role is located in Shelbyville, KY and will be fully on-site.

Starting Pay:

$23.50/hr

Schedule:

Rotating 12-hour

Shifts Day Shift:

6:00 AM

PM Pay Schedule:

Weekly Responsibilities Manufacturing Operator Responsibilities:

Runs HMI to ensure the manufacturing line runs without interruptions. Safely operates mobile plant and equipment such as forklifts, yard sweepers, front-end loaders, skid steer, and Sengenbogen per applicable procedure. Directing Shred/Sort technicians to empty hoppers as needed Load infeed hoppers. Print/apply rejected box labels and change out as needed. Check/Empty conveyor cleanout tubs. Take empty boxes/skids out. All other duties assigned during shifts

Manufacturing Operator Qualifications:

3 + years of manufacturing experience 3 + years of forklift experience 1 + years of heavy equipment operation Ability to calculate basic math to verify weights Ability to work rotating shifts High School Diploma Positive Attitude Excellent attendance Qualifications Joining Wieland's team gives you...
