Familiarity of MRP and BOM reporting is a must. Candidate will be required to deal with local and overseas suppliers and to monitor incoming shipments. Candidate must possess exceptional time management skills. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage purchasing, inventory accuracy, and supply chain operations within our manufacturing facility. This role ensures that materials, components, and supplies are available on time to support production schedules, while maintaining strong vendor relationships and controlling inventory costs. Knowledge of MAS90/Sage 100, a plu s. Repairs Coordinator- Check in repairs returned to SAI, track and schedule repairs to be evaluated and repaired, quote customer repair cost.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage purchasing of raw materials, components, and manufacturing supplies Maintain optimal inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts Track and expedite incoming shipments to meet production deadlines Issue and manage purchase orders; verify pricing, lead times, and order accuracy Work directly with production to forecast material needs and prevent shortages Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/MRP systems Coordinate logistics, freight, and delivery scheduling Analyze inventory usage, safety stock, and reorder points Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline material flow and reduce waste
