Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM start - 3:30 or 4:30 PM Job Overview Join a leading boat manufacturing company and help build world-class boats. We are hiring for multiple positions, including Assemblers, Laminators, and Fiberglass Finishers. Candidates will have the opportunity to interview with various departments to determine the best fit based on skills and interests. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary depending on position but may include: Perform part inspections and ensure quality standards are met Work with fiberglass materials, including finishing and basic abrasive processes Follow detailed job instructions and production schedules Read and interpret work orders, technical drawings, and blueprints Provide updates on part completion verbally and/or in writing Use hand and power tools such as: Gel-coat spray equipment Grinders and buffers Drills and specialty tools Maintain a clean and safe work environment Boat Assembly Duties Assemble boat components including hulls, decks, cabins, and structural elements Ensure proper alignment, fitment, and installation of parts Use measuring tools and precision instruments to meet specifications Qualifications Ability to work with hand and power tools Basic mechanical aptitude preferred Previous fiberglass or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required Ability to read basic instructions and follow procedures Willingness to learn and work as part of a team What We Offer On-the-job training - no prior boat manufacturing experience required Weekly pay Benefits offered upon permanent hire Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunity to work with one of the top boat manufacturers in the United States Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edgewater, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
