Job Description:

We are seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Support Technician to assist with daily operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role involves material handling, maintaining cleanliness in controlled areas, and supporting production activities by following established procedures. This is a hands-on position ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in structured, process-driven environments. Key Responsibilities Perform routine material transfers into and out of controlled manufacturing areas Maintain cleanliness of manufacturing spaces, including walls, floors, ceilings, and equipment Execute basic transactions within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and established guidelines Maintain accurate and compliant documentation (cGMP standards) Monitor and report any deviations from standard procedures Stock manufacturing areas with required materials and supplies Manage and replenish gowning inventory Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Use Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work onsite full-time (5 days/week) Preferred Qualifications Experience in a cGMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device) Familiarity with SOPs, batch records, or manufacturing documentation Exposure to MES systems (LH-R8) #IND2
