Non-exempt Job Duties Assist lead in completing daily duties as outlined in the JH Park Handbook. (Set- up, inspection, logs, and maintenance of terrain features) Circulate through all venues checking fences, signage, and terrain features. Be a team player. If you see something that looks like it needs to be done- Check in with the lead Promote safety and goodwill through 'one on one' communication with our guests. Acquire acute safety practices pertaining to the above mentioned activities and other related equipment. Operate snowmobiles as directed by the JHMR Snowmobile Handbook. Execute Skier Safety tasks as obligated by JHMR standards. Posses abilities to do most work unassisted in shop Handrail construction/ Repairs/ Painting (

Welding) as directed by lead Perform other duties as assigned by the JH Park supervisor or lead -Employees are held accountable for all duties of this job- Are you the right fit? Below are some traits an exemplary candidate possesses: Knowledge of basic terrain feature maintenance skills Awareness of Ski Area operations Expert snowboarding/skiing ability required. (Workers with a lower level of skills will be encouraged to spend more time in the lower-level park until sufficient skills exist.) SmartStyle #2 High school graduate or G.E.D. Previous experience in the 'trades'
