We take pride in our work and are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our shop team. About the Role We are looking for a Cabinet Shop Worker to assist with the day-to-day production of cabinetry. This is a hands-on position that requires someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in doing things correctly, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and takes ownership of their work. Responsibilities Assist with the production and assembly of cabinets and cabinet components Read and follow shop drawings, measurements, and production instructions Operate basic woodworking tools and equipment safely Assist with cutting, sanding, drilling, assembly, and installation preparation Inspect materials and finished components for quality and accuracy Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area Load, unload, move, and organize materials and finished cabinetry Assist experienced cabinetmakers with various shop tasks Follow established production processes and quality standards Complete tasks accurately and efficiently while meeting deadlines Communicate any material, measurement, or production issues to the appropriate team member Perform other shop-related duties as needed
