The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial and residential installation, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where reliability and attention to detail are essential. Our installation projects vary in scope and may involve working on commercial spaces, residential properties, custom installations, and other job-site environments. We are looking for someone who can work independently, follow project plans and specifications, solve problems in the field, and complete installations efficiently while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship. Responsibilities Perform professional installation work on commercial and residential projects Read and understand shop drawings, and installation specifications Safely and effectively operate standard installation tools and equipment Measure, cut, fit, assemble, and install materials accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Work independently as well as with other members of the installation team Identify and resolve installation issues in the field Complete projects according to schedule and company quality standards Communicate professionally with project managers, coworkers, clients, and other trades Follow all applicable job-site safety requirements and procedures Be willing to work overtime when project schedules require it Qualifications 4+ years of professional installation experience Experience working on both commercial and residential projects Strong knowledge of general installation practices and techniques Must have your own professional tools Ability to accurately measure, layout, and install materials Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Comfortable with early morning start times Willing and able to work overtime when needed Ability to work throughout the Orange County and Los Angeles areas Professional attitude and strong communication skills Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work Resume required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Mileage reimbursement Opportunities for overtime Consistent project-based work Opportunity to work on a variety of commercial and residential projects A professional work environment with opportunities for experienced installers to grow with the company Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work , shows up on time, works efficiently, and can be trusted to get the job done correctly.
