Custom Projects Supervisor (Cabinetry)

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Custom Projects Supervisor to manage multiple custom cabinetry and production projects from planning through production, delivery, installation, and completion. The ideal candidate has strong project coordination skills, construction or cabinetry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Full-Time Salary:
$70,000-$80,000/year What You'll Do Manage multiple custom and production cabinet projects from start to finish Review architectural plans, cabinet drawings, elevations, specifications, and field dimensions Coordinate production schedules, materials, deliveries, and installation timelines Work closely with production teams, installers, contractors, vendors, customers, and management Track project deadlines and resolve scheduling, material, and production issues Order and track doors, hardware, specialty materials, and other project requirements Manage project changes, revisions, replacements, and field-related issues Identify potential problems early to prevent production or installation delays Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure clear communication across teams What We're Looking For Experience in cabinetry, millwork, construction, manufacturing, or project management preferred Ability to read and understand architectural plans, drawings, elevations, and specifications Knowledge of cabinet construction, materials, hardware, and production processes preferred Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency with basic computer applications, scheduling, spreadsheets, and project management software Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) with company match Vacation, sick, and holiday pay Employee discount Referral program
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
