About Precision Cabinets Precision Cabinets is a leading custom cabinet manufacturer dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, innovative design, and outstanding customer service. Precision Cabinets is seeking a full-time Finisher I to join our Production team. This entry-level position supports the Finishing Department by preparing, sanding, staining, and finishing custom cabinetry and wood components according to company quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to producing exceptional craftsmanship in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Objectives Prepare cabinet parts for finishing by sanding, cleaning, masking, and checking surfaces before finish is applied. Inspect finished parts for color, appearance, and quality and perform basic touch-ups or minor repairs when needed. Safely handle and move cabinet parts, use finishing tools and equipment, and keep spray booths and work areas clean and organized. Follow work orders, finishing procedures, and safety requirements while working with other production departments to keep jobs moving on schedule. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing, woodworking, cabinet finishing, painting, automotive refinishing, or similar experience Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to follow work orders, instructions, and safety procedures. Comfortable using or learning hand tools, sanding equipment, and other production equipment. Able to stand and perform repetitive physical work throughout the day, including repeatedly lifting up to 50 pounds and team lifting 100 pounds or more. This position requires the use of personal protective equipment, including respirators or protective masks. Facial hair may need to be trimmed or maintained as required for proper fit and safety compliance. Career Growth, Benefits & Compensation Precision Cabinets is committed to developing our employees. The company intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay range of $21.50 - $25.00 per hour. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience.
