Custom Cabinet Installer

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Installation Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various installation tasks and be proficient in using hand tools and other equipment. This role involves working on-site and in shop to install and maintain a variety of products, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform installations of cabinets, millwork, and other elements according to specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete installation tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure design accuracy and timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during installations, a clean presentation and overall customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in cabinet installation work. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in construction and installation tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
