Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Delivery Manager / Cabinet Maker to join our team. This role combines leadership in overseeing delivery operations with expert craftsmanship in custom cabinetry and woodworking projects. You will coordinate project timelines, manage installation teams, and ensure high-quality execution of residential and commercial cabinetry, remodeling, and finishing work. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead projects from start to finish while showcasing your woodworking expertise. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate delivery schedules, ensuring timely and efficient project completion while managing logistics for materials and equipment. Oversee the installation of custom cabinets, trim, doors, siding, drywall, stucco, flooring, and other wood construction materials on residential and commercial sites. Interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints to accurately execute project specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools for woodworking, woodworking machines, and heavy lifting equipment safely and effectively. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards such as power tool safety, rebar installation protocols, drywall installation procedures, and overall construction site safety practices. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met with precision and professionalism. Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, materials used, and quality control measures for each job site. Skills Extensive experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, and residential carpentry projects. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, woodworking machines, and other construction equipment. Strong understanding of wood construction materials including siding, mold remediation techniques, caulking, stucco application, door hanging, fixture installation, flooring installation, drywall finishing, plastering and restoration industry standards. Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and apply them on-site for precise craftsmanship. Knowledge of construction site safety protocols including power tool safety practices. Experience with remodeling projects involving heavy lifting tasks such as rebar installation or flooring removal/replacement. Familiarity with the installation of various fixtures including doors and cabinetry within residential settings or restoration projects. Pay:
