This role combines hands-on craftsmanship with project oversight, ensuring each custom cabinet is built to precise specifications and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional carpentry skills, and possess a passion for creating high-quality woodwork that transforms living spaces. As a key team member, you will coordinate with clients, suppliers, and installation crews to deliver outstanding results that exceed expectations. Responsibilities Manage the full delivery process of custom cabinets, including planning, manufacturing, and installation coordination Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication of cabinetry Utilize hand tools and power tools for woodworking, including saws, drills, sanders, and other equipment to craft high-quality wood components Perform construction estimating to determine material needs and project costs accurately Read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings to guide the building process Oversee on-site work including drywall installation, caulking, stucco finishing, door hanging, siding, and fixture installation as needed Ensure all safety protocols are followed during construction activities, especially power tool safety and heavy lifting procedures Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to maintain craftsmanship standards and address any issues promptly Coordinate with clients and team members to schedule deliveries and installations efficiently Maintain detailed records of project progress, materials used, and any modifications or issues encountered Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, carpentry, woodworking, or related fields within residential or restoration industries Strong knowledge of construction plans, technical drawings, and interpreting detailed specifications Skilled in using hand tools and power tools for woodworking and carpentry tasks; experience with woodworking machines is a plus Familiarity with various wood construction materials such as drywall, siding materials, rebar for framing support, plastering compounds, stucco finishes, and mold remediation techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during material handling or installation processes Experience with fixture installation including doors, cabinetry hardware, moldings, flooring options or remodeling projects Knowledge of construction site safety protocols including power tool safety practices Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, suppliers, and team members effectively This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects that enhance homes through expert craftsmanship.
