Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and cabinetry, with the ability to fabricate high-quality cabinets and fixtures. This role requires precision, creativity, and a commitment to craftsmanship, as you will be responsible for producing custom cabinetry that meets our clients' specifications and enhances their spaces. Responsibilities Fabricate cabinets and custom woodwork according to design specifications and client requirements. Utilize various woodworking tools and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble materials. Perform metal stud framing and drywall installation as needed for cabinetry projects. Engage in frame carpentry tasks to ensure structural integrity of installations. Collaborate with team members on fixture installation, ensuring all components are fitted accurately. Conduct construction painting and plastering tasks to finish cabinetry projects with a professional appearance. Assist in water damage restoration efforts by repairing or replacing damaged cabinetry. Participate in construction estimating processes to provide accurate project quotes based on materials and labor. Experience Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar role in woodworking or carpentry. Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, including the use of hand tools and power tools specific to cabinet making. Familiarity with metal stud framing, drywall work, electrical installations, construction painting, plastering, and water damage restoration is highly desirable. Experience in fixture installation is a plus. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
