401(k) matching Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Cabinet Shop Drafter to join our team. You will be responsible for translating design concepts and architectural plans into precise, production-ready manufacturing shop drawings for custom cabinetry and architectural millwork. Responsibilities Generate detailed, accurate 2D/3D shop drawings, elevations, sections, and joinery details using AutoCAD. Verify field site conditions and coordinate dimensions with project managers as needed. Work closely with other members to verify accuracy and details and resolve design conflicts. Create comprehensive bills of materials (BOM) and hardware specifications for the production floor. Track all time spent on projects accurately. Required Qualifications AutoCAD 2D drafting and 3D modeling experience in custom cabinetry and architectural millwork. Strong knowledge of woodworking materials, joinery methods, veneer matching, and hardware systems. Ability to read and accurately interpret architectural and structural blueprints and drawings. Prior hands-on experience as a custom cabinet maker. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail with excellent math and spatial reasoning skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience with Cabinet Vision is an elevated plus. Familiarity with CNC manufacturing processes and nested-based routing.Benefits
