About the Position We are looking for a bilingual Chinese/English Cabinet Sales & Designer to join our growing kitchen cabinet and remodeling business. The ideal candidate has experience in kitchen cabinet sales, cabinet design, and customer service. Experience with 2020 Design is highly preferred. You will work directly with customers, understand their needs, create kitchen cabinet layouts and designs, prepare estimates, and help manage the sales process from the initial consultation through order placement. Responsibilities Meet with customers and understand their kitchen remodeling needs Design kitchen cabinets and create professional layouts Use 2020 Design to create cabinet designs and renderings Prepare cabinet quotes and estimates Explain cabinet options, materials, colors, styles, and pricing to customers Take measurements and review kitchen plans Communicate with customers regarding design changes and revisions Coordinate with installers, contractors, and suppliers Follow up with customers and help close sales Prepare cabinet orders and verify dimensions and specifications Provide excellent customer service throughout the project

Qualifications Required:

Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to communicate professionally with customers Basic understanding of kitchen cabinets and remodeling Ability to read measurements and cabinet plans Strong attention to detail Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects

Preferred:
