About the job We're a licensed and insured residential general contractor based in Morgan Hill. We're busy — multiple remodels and additions running at once across Morgan Hill, San Jose, and Milpitas — and we're adding experienced hands to a small crew. We're hiring for people with real, hands-on experience in one or more of: plumbing, electrical, or cabinet installation. You don't need to do all three. Responsibilities Plumbing rough-in and finish for kitchen and bathroom remodels Electrical rough-in, device installation, panel and lighting work Cabinet installation for kitchens, bathrooms, and built-ins — level, plumb, and clean Read plans and work independently once you've been walked through a job Keep a clean, safe jobsite Help out with tile, drywall, or finish carpentry when needed (a plus, not required) Qualifications Residential remodel experience in at least one of the trades above Some of your own hand tools Reliable transportation to jobsites in the South Bay Show up on time and communicate — that's most of it Pay and schedule $25-35/hr based on skill level and experience Full-time, Monday-Friday Consistent work — we have signed contracts lined up Small, professional crew, no drama Room to take on more responsibility as we grow To apply Tell us which trades you're strongest in and how long you've been doing them.
