The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in commercial millwork, laminate application, trim work, and finish carpentry. Responsibilities Build and install custom cabinets, counters, and millwork Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Install laminate surfaces with precision and attention to detail Perform finish carpentry including trim, molding, and hardware installation Operate woodworking tools and shop equipment safely Ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines Work independently and with a team on residential and commercial projects Qualifications 3+ years of finish carpentry and cabinet-building experience Experience with laminate fabrication and installation Knowledge of woodworking tools, saws, routers, and edge banders Ability to read measurements and construction drawings accurately Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Preferred Skills Experience with custom kitchens and commercial cabinetry Familiarity with CNC machinery and cabinet software Ability to install doors, hardware, and architectural finishes

Pay:

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 50.0 per week
