In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and installing custom cabinetry and woodwork with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to creating high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing cabinetry solutions for residential and commercial projects. Must have minimum of 5 or more years' experience as cabinet maker

Pay will range depending on your skill level. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately produce custom cabinets and wood fixtures. Cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinetry components using hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and fabrication equipment. Install cabinets, doors, fixtures, and trim with attention to detail, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening. Measure spaces precisely for accurate fitting of cabinetry and related woodwork in various environments. Perform surface preparation including sanding, staining, painting, or finishing to achieve desired aesthetic results. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure specifications are met throughout the fabrication and installation process. Maintain a clean and safe workspace by adhering to safety protocols and proper handling of tools and materials. Requirements Proven experience in cabinetry construction, trim carpentry, framing carpentry or related woodworking fields. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication techniques. Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, schematics including construction estimating and metal stud framing. Knowledge of construction site safety practices and experience working on construction sites or restoration projects. Familiarity with materials such as wood, metal studs, drywall (plastering), stucco, siding, concrete forming or rebar installation is a plus. Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform heavy lifting tasks regularly. Experience with fixture installation including doors, hardware, mold remediation or water damage restoration is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team in remodeling or manufacturing settings. Valid experience in electrical work or plumbing related to cabinetry or fixture installation is beneficial but not mandatory.
