We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented craftsperson with experience building high-quality custom cabinetry and architectural millwork for luxury residential projects. Responsibilities Build and assemble custom cabinets, built-ins, vanities, shelving, and architectural millwork Read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, plans, and specifications Accurately measure, cut, machine, assemble, and finish cabinet components Work with hardwoods, veneers, plywood, MDF, laminates, and other finish materials Install and adjust cabinet hardware, including hinges, drawer slides, and specialty hardware Maintain a high level of precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, designers, and other trades Identify and resolve fabrication or installation issues Conduct and report pre-installation visits prior to millwork delivery to vet conditions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Ensure completed work meets project specifications and company quality standards Qualifications 3+ years of cabinetmaking, millwork, or finish carpentry experience preferred Strong knowledge of cabinet construction and woodworking techniques Ability to read plans, elevations, and detailed shop drawings Proficient with woodworking tools and shop equipment Strong measuring and layout skills Experience with custom or high-end residential cabinetry strongly preferred Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, professional, and able to meet project deadlines Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level.
