In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and finishing cabinets with precision and care. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring each project meets high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Performance must be met at AWI Custom Casework Standards. Duties Measure and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to ensure accurate cabinet placement and installation. Install cabinets, fixtures, trim carpentry, and wall paneling following specified dimensions and blueprint specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, ladders safely and efficiently to complete installations on time. Conduct construction inspections to verify proper alignment, stability, and finish quality of installed cabinets and related components. Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate schedules, review plans, and ensure adherence to safety standards. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols throughout each project. Requirements Proven construction experience with a strong background in carpentry, cabinet installation. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures for precise measurements and installations. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans accurately. Experience with construction management is a plus. Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems relevant to fixture installation is desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders safely, and perform highly detailed work on construction sites.
Pay:
$26.00 - $36.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
