PM Responsibilities:
Measure and interpret construction plans and technical drawings to accurately install siding materials according to specifications. Install metal siding Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and secure siding components
Requirements:
Prior construction experience with a focus on siding installation Experience interpreting technical drawings and construction plans to execute precise installations. Hands-on knowledge of using hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, trim carpentry tools, and fabrication equipment. Indoor work environment Requires to be able to pass background check and drug test
