Job Description

Full-time position, Monday
  • Friday 5:00 am
  • 1:30 pm with overtime as needed, hourly pay $24.00
  • $28.
00 based on experience. Paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, medical, dental, and life insurance. The right candidate needs to be dependable, hardworking, and have a good attitude. Responsible for directing 4 to 8 employees within the department while maximizing efficiency and productivity.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that projects are being built per plan and spec.
  • QC product from the Machining Department prior to building.
  • Set the pace and expectation for the department.
  • Train personnel proper use of tools, machines, and proper techniques.
  • Ensure that time tracking is accurate in Innergy.
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance prior to wrapping.
  • Ensure that Work Orders are going out 100% complete.
  • Daily case count forms per Work Order.
  • Maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Competent in operating all woodworking machinery within your department.
  • Strong knowledge of use, safety, and maintenance of power and hand tools
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Teamwork and problem solving.
  • Excel at reading shop drawings.
  • Focus on safe shop practices.
Requirements:
  • Communication and ability to work well with others.
  • Completing tasks within an allotted time.
  • Adhering to scheduled dates.
  • Keep the area clean, organized and safe.
  • Great attitude, dependable. and demonstrate an excellent work ethic.
  • Use of hand power tools up to 10 pounds.
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Lifting more than 100 pounds using two people.
  • Standing 100% of the time while working.
Physical demands:
lifting, carrying, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and/or crawling. High volume work. This is an E-verify workplace, and we require a background check before employment.
