Kitchen & Bathroom Remodels Interior & Exterior Painting General Carpentry (Framing, Trim, Finish Work) Drywall Repair & Installation Minor Plumbing & Electrical Flooring Installation & Repair Residential Maintenance & Upgrades Requirements to Join the Team Minimum 5 years of remodeling or home improvement experience Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and building codes Valid driver's license , liability insurance , and reliable work vehicle Must own your own tools Solid references and job portfolio Must pass a background check Smartphone and internet access for job tracking Great communication, professionalism, and a drive to exceed customer expectations
