This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady part-time work with the potential to grow into a full-time position as our business expands. What You'll Do Replace and install cabinet doors and adjust hinges to ensure proper fit and function Drive a company van to pick up materials and deliver finished cabinets to customers and job sites Load and unload cabinets and materials carefully to avoid damage Perform basic repairs, adjustments, and touch-ups on cabinets Help with general shop tasks and odd jobs as needed (organizing, light assembly, cleanup, etc.) Represent Kitchen Advantage professionally when interacting with customers during deliveries What We're Looking For Handy, mechanically inclined, and comfortable using basic hand and power tools Experience with cabinets, carpentry, or general home repair is a plus but not required — willingness to learn is key Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving a van Able to lift and carry cabinets and materials (up to approximately 50 lbs) Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Good communication skills and a professional attitude with customers Schedule Part-time, 2 fixed days per week Choose 2 of the following: Monday, Wednesday, or Friday — once set, these will be your regular weekly schedule Potential to grow into more days or full-time hours as the business grows Why Join Us Flexible part-time schedule Hands-on work with variety day to day Real opportunity for advancement to full-time as our cabinet business continues to grow Supportive, small-team environment To Apply Please respond with your experience (if any) with cabinets, carpentry, or driving, and your availability.
