Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter/Cabinet Installer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom cabinets, trim, doors, and other woodwork with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to high-quality residential and commercial projects, ensuring client satisfaction through meticulous workmanship. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, from remodeling to restoration, utilizing your carpentry skills in an effective manner Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinetry, trim, doors, and related fixtures according to blueprints and schematics Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and technical plans with clarity Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for framing, finishing, and installation tasks Perform framing work including stud framing, joist leveling, and subfloor installation as needed for various projects Conduct surface preparation such as caulking, and drywall finishing to ensure smooth finishes Assist in bathroom renovation, waterproofing, tile and grouting Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety standards on construction sites Experience Proven experience in carpentry or cabinet installation within the construction or restoration industry is a must Hands-on experience with trim carpentry, door hanging, flooring installation, tile laying, and fixture installation Familiarity with cabinet installation drawings for accurate project execution Experience with light plumbing and electrical work is a plus Experience with floor installation is a plus Experience working on construction sites involving lifting, power tools, and measurements Must have reliable transportation and be punctual Having your own tools is required Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your carpentry expertise to exciting projects.
