Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Closet Installation Specialist and bring innovative storage solutions to life! In this role, you will be responsible for expertly installing custom closets, cabinets, and organizational systems in residential and commercial spaces. Your hands-on skills will transform spaces, ensuring each project meets high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your craftsmanship while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Duties Measure and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions to ensure precise closet and cabinet placement. Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, assemble, and install closet components, cabinetry, shelving, and fixtures. Handle heavy lifting of materials such as wood panels, and other building components safely and efficiently. Install cabinet doors, hardware, fixtures, moldings, and other accessories to complete the project with attention to detail. Follow safety protocols on construction sites including heavy lifting procedures, and proper use of personal protective equipment. Experience Hands-on experience with hand tools (saws, drills), power tools (routers, sanders), is highly desirable, but not required, can train.
