We are a leading Kitchen, Bath, and Closet company, seeking a full-time In-house Service Installer for our Retail Division located in Miami, FL. Ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and work well with others in a team environment. Must have reliable transportation.Duties/Responsibilities:
Take and provide pertinent measures for installation areas. Prepare work surfaces to ensure their appropriateness for installation. Ensure that products are installed correctly and free from damage prior to installation. Resolve any installation issues. Load, transport, and install materials or equipment at customer sites or project locations. Follow blueprints, layout plans, or verbal instructions to complete installations. Measure, cut, assemble, and fit components using hand and power tools. Ensure all installations meet quality, safety, and code standards. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise on-site. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area during and after installations. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members. Complete job reports, time sheets, and installation documentation as required. Handle materials with care to prevent damage during loading, transport, and installation. Adherent to company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA regulations.Required Skills/Abilities:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in cabinetry, millwork or a similar industry Able to read CAD drawings/blueprints Good physical condition with the ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials (up to 50 lbs.). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Punctual and dependable Customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to take initiative Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferably.Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials, tools, and equipment weighing up to 50-75 lbs regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, stoop, and climb ladders or step stools for extended periods. Manual dexterity to handle tools, fasteners, and small parts with precision. Ability to reach overhead, work in confined spaces, and maneuver in tight or awkward positions. Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness to safely measure, cut, align, and assemble components. Visual acuity to read measurements, blueprints, and instructions, and to identify potential safety hazards. Ability to work in varying conditions (indoor/outdoor environments, hot/cold temperatures, dust, and construction noise). Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment. Capacity to travel to job sites and perform work in different residential and commercial environments.Job Type:
