The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing cabinetry, millwork, or similar products and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read drawings and layouts, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work professionally with customers, project managers, and team members. The successful candidate must be dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Key Responsibilities Take accurate field measurements and verify dimensions of installation areas prior to installation. Review drawings, layouts, and installation plans to ensure accurate execution. Prepare walls, floors, and other work surfaces to ensure they are suitable for installation. Inspect cabinetry, millwork, hardware, and other materials prior to installation to identify damage, defects, or discrepancies. Load, transport, unload, and safely handle cabinetry, materials, tools, and equipment. Install cabinetry and related products accurately and according to specifications, drawings, and company standards. Measure, cut, assemble, modify, level, shim, scribe, and securely fasten cabinetry and related components as required. Install fillers, trim, moldings, hardware, and other cabinetry accessories as applicable. Ensure completed installations meet quality, safety, and applicable building/code standards. Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues efficiently and professionally. Identify and communicate material, measurement, design, or installation issues to the appropriate project manager or supervisor. Protect customer homes, furniture, flooring, and other property during installation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the installation and upon completion. Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, project managers, designers, and team members. Complete job reports, time sheets, installation documentation, and other required paperwork accurately and on time. Handle all products and materials carefully to minimize damage during loading, transportation, and installation. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable OSHA requirements. Perform other duties related to installation and service as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous hands-on experience in cabinetry, millwork, carpentry, kitchen and bath installation, or a closely related field . Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, blueprints, elevations, layouts, and installation specifications . Strong knowledge of installation techniques, hand tools, and power tools. Ability to accurately measure, cut, assemble, level, shim, scribe, and install cabinetry and related components. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Professional, dependable, and punctual. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to take initiative and effectively manage installation responsibilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting, carrying, loading, unloading, and maneuvering materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel locally to customer homes and project locations as required. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
