In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality cabinetry and furniture pieces, ensuring precise assembly, and delivering exceptional craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to creating functional, beautiful, and durable products that meet client specifications and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about woodworking, fabrication, and construction to showcase their skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately produce custom cabinetry and furniture pieces Cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood and other materials using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment Install cabinets, fixtures, doors, siding, trim carpentry elements, and other woodworking components on-site or in manufacturing settings Perform heavy lifting of materials and finished products safely while adhering to safety protocols Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing or installation process to ensure precision and durability Apply caulking, plastering, stucco, or water damage restoration techniques as needed for restoration projects Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure specifications are met during remodeling or restoration projects Experience Proven experience in cabinet making, furniture assembly, or related carpentry fields with a strong background in construction estimating and blueprint reading Hands-on experience with trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, roofing, masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, electrical work or plumbing is highly desirable Familiarity with construction site procedures including heavy lifting, scaffolding setup, rebar installation, concrete forming, and water damage restoration industry practices Skilled in the use of hand tools (saws, chisels), power tools (drills, sanders), CNC machinery for fabrication tasks Knowledge of schematics for fixture installation or electrical wiring as applicable to cabinetry or remodeling projects Experience working on construction sites with safety awareness for heavy equipment operation and material handling Ability to read technical drawings accurately while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship in manufacturing or restoration environments Join us if you're eager to bring craftsmanship excellence to life through detailed woodworking and construction expertise!
