We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Painter/Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in finishing cabinets and a strong understanding of various finishing techniques. This role involves preparing custom built cabinet surfaces, applying finishes, and ensuring that all products match the proposed designs. Duties Prepare cabinet surfaces for finishing by sanding, cleaning, and repairing as needed. Apply stains, paints, and sealants using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make adjustments as necessary. Collaborate with the installation team to ensure proper fitting and finish of cabinets on-site. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Read and interpret schematics to understand project specifications and requirements. Assist in the fabrication of custom cabinet pieces as needed.
