Lead Installer - Tile, Trim & Carpentry Hasson Home Works Inc. is a small, well-established construction company that is growing, and we're looking for the right person to grow with us. We specialize in tile installation, trim, and carpentry, with a strong focus on quality workmanship, professionalism, communication, and doing the job right the first time. We're looking for an experienced Lead Installer who takes pride in their work and can be trusted to take ownership of a job. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Is dependable and shows up ready to work Takes pride in their craftsmanship Is productive and knows how to manage their time Can work independently without being constantly supervised Is comfortable making decisions in the field Knows when to move forward and when to stop and ask questions Isn't afraid to call when something is questionable rather than guessing Can identify problems before they become bigger problems Keeps the jobsite clean and organized Treats customers, their home, and their coworkers with respect Has high standards and doesn't settle for "good enough" Can lead a job from start to finish Responsibilities As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for managing your portion of the job and making sure the work is completed correctly and efficiently.

Duties may include:

Tile installation and layout Trim and finish carpentry General carpentry Jobsite preparation and protection Measuring, planning, and material management Reading plans and understanding scope of work Maintaining quality and attention to detail Communicating with the owner about progress, materials, and any issues Working independently while maintaining company standards The Person We're Looking For We're not looking for someone who just wants to punch a clock. We're looking for someone who sees the finished product and takes ownership of it. You don't need to call us about every little thing. We want someone who can look at a situation, make a good decision, and keep moving. At the same time, if something doesn't look right or you're unsure about what the correct approach is, we expect you to call. We would much rather have someone ask a question than make an expensive mistake. Pay:

$250.00 - $450.00 per day
