In this role, you will be responsible for accurately installing cabinets, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards. Your expertise will contribute to creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse remodeling projects, utilizing your carpentry skills and construction knowledge to deliver exceptional results. Duties Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately install cabinets and related fixtures Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures and other hand tools to ensure proper fit and alignment Install cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures following manufacturer specifications and safety standards Use power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting, fastening, and finishing work Perform surface preparation tasks such as drywall installation, plastering, caulking, stucco application, and gutter installation as needed Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure adherence to blueprint specifications and construction plans Collaborate with project managers, electricians, plumbers, and other trades to coordinate installation activities and resolve technical issues efficiently Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols on the construction site Experience Proven experience in cabinet installation or related carpentry roles within the construction industry Strong knowledge of building materials including drywall, stucco, tile masonry, flooring, and fixture installation Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans Hands-on experience with power tools such as saws, drills, sanders, and measuring devices like tape measures Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems relevant to cabinet and fixture installation is a plus Ability to perform ladder use safely at various heights during installation tasks Experience with construction management software such as Bluebeam or similar tools is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members Join us in delivering high-quality craftsmanship on exciting remodeling projects!
